To ensure your request is handled correctly and in a timely manner, please adhere to the following criteria:
- Do NOT send the email to any other email address, unless specifically requested by our staff
- Please provide a brief description of the infringement or the reason for the report.
- All text and documents should be submitted in English language, or with an English translation. All written communication will be done in English language unless otherwise mutually agreed.
- The notice must include the direct URL(s) to the content in question
- For copyright infringement, provide the original source
- Please include all related IP addresses and ports (where applicable), including the date timestamp of the event in UTC
- The only formats accepted for processing are PDF, TXT, and CSV
- The email address submitting the notification must be reachable (i.e., do not send from a “no_reply@” email address
- Only provide information that may be shared to the host of the content in question (exempting subpoenas and requests for information from legal authorities)
Additional information for DMCA notices:
- An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright allegedly infringed;
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material at issue is not authorized by the copyright owner, the agent of the copyright owner or the law; and
- A statement by you that the information in this notification is accurate and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner of the material allegedly infringed or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
We try to react and resolve all requests in a timely manner. Failure to follow the relevant protocols may result in a delay or unprocessable request.
